Day 01
Arrival at Varanasi airport. Prathamesh Tours representative will meet you & greet. Transfer to your hotel. In the evening takes a boat ride to see the beautifully lit 84 Banaras Ghat. Experience the spiritual Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh ghat. (Stay- Varanasi)
Day 02
Early morning Take holy darshan of Kashi Vishwanath Temple - one of the 12 Jyotilinga, Bharat Mata Temple- displays a map of Undivided India, Sankat Mochan Mandir- dedicated to the Hindu God Hanuman, Birla Mandir-
Tulsi Manas Temple- a temple with great historical and cultural importance in Hinduism, Kaal Bhairav Temple- one of the oldest Shiva temples in Varanasi.
We enjoy Rickshaw ride also. Visit Banaras Hindu University, It has been a central part of Varanasi’s identity since its inception in 1916. Visit New Vishwanath temple at Banaras Hindu University. In the evening we have free time for Banaras sarees shopping & test Local chats.

Day 03
Morning visit Aassi Ghat to witness the sunrise. then we walk through Akhadas of Varanasi. Later proceed to Sarnath, a very important place of pilgrimage for Buddhists, the place where Buddha gave his first sermon. Visit Dhamek stupa, Sarnath Archeological Museum (Home to various ancient sculptures & paintings) The popular Lion Capital of Ashok sculpture is display at this museum, Tibetan Buddhist Monastery. Later return to Varanasi.

Day 04
After breakfast proceed to Prayagraj. a beautiful city situated at the confluence of the Rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. Upon arrival we visit Anand Bhavan- the former residence of Nehru family which has now converted into a museum showcasing various artefacts and articles of the era of Independence movement in India. Allahabad fort- It was built by Emperor Akbar in 1583.
The fort stands on the banks of the Yamuna near the confluence with the river Ganges. Lete huye Hanuman Temple - Laying Hanuman Temple- it is located very close to Sangam. The shrine is an underground pit which houses an enormous image of God Hanuman in a lying position. This is the only God Hanuman temple in the world where the idol is in reclining position. In the evening we enjoy boat ride at Triveni sangam.

After breakfast dept. for Ayodhya. Ch.in Hotel. After Lunch visit Hanuman Garhi- a 10th century temple of lord Hanuman. Dashrath Mahal- the original residence of King Dashrath. Believed to have house of God Ram’s childhood & King Dasharath’s capital, this palace hosts a decorated & ornamented entrance with beautiful paintings.
Ram Janmabhumi- the birthplace of Lord Ram, Kanak Bhavan- It is believed that this Bhawan was gifted to Devi Sita by Kaikei immediately after her marriage to Lord Ram. In the evening we visit Ram ki Paidi for photography, Treta ke Thakur- where Lord Ram conducted Ashwadmedha Yagya, Further we witness a beautiful evening aarti at Saryu ghat.

Day 06
After breakfast proceed to Lucknow. Welcome to land of Nawabs. Ch.in Hotel. After Lunch, a must visit to British residency. It served as a refuge for several Britishers during the uprising in 1857, the ruins of which can still be seen at the site. In the evening we enjoy relax & free time at Ambedkar Park.

Day 07
After breakfast ch.out from Hotel. Visit prestigious monuments of Lucknow. We visit Rumi darwaja- an example of Awadhi architecture, was built in 1784-86 and is 60 feet high, without visible supporting fittings. Bada Imambara – famous for the Bhul-bhulaiya and a Bauli - a step well with running water. It is said that there are 1024 ways to reach the terrace but only two to come back first gate or the last gate. It is an accidental architecture.
Husainabad Clock Tower- India’s largest clock tower, Satkhanda – an iconic 1800s watchtower with a stout octagonal base & Picture Art Gallery. Lunch in Local restaurant & proceed to Lucknow Airport for Mumbai.

- Any extra expense such as Flight cancellation, route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes etc. during the tour which is beyond the company control.
- Porterage (coolie charges), laundry, fax, internet, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
- Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.

Terms and conditions
- Cheque payments shall be done in favour of “PRATHAMESH TOURS” payable at Mumbai. Customer can book the tour with 50 % advance of the tour cost. Remaining balance has to be paid 45 days prior to the date of departure.
- Tour Cost does not include Air / Rail fare. Tickets booking is not our business. We book tickets on behalf of our customers. It is a free service provided by us to those who travel with us. In case of fluctuations in Bus / Railway / Air fares, the same shall be borne by the customers at an additional cost.
In computerized reservation system of railway, the berths / seats once reserved cannot be changed. Tour participants will have to travel by the same berths / seats as mentioned in the ticket issued by Railway. It is Automatic number system. - Baggage & personal valuable belongings of the tour participant are his / her responsibility. The company shall not be liable for the loss / damage of the same.
- Itinerary Changes PRATHAMESH TOURS doesn’t have any tie up with any Airline co. / Railway, also doesn’t have any control on their operation & any ongoing activity. So in case of any delay or cancellation of flight or any loss occurred by mistake of air line co. / Railway has to be bare by tourist.
Company will make 100 % efforts to help & guide tourist but in case of force majeure conditions, the Company reserves the right to change / modify / vary / alter the tour itinerary and/ or tour tariff accordingly. Such changes etc. shall be intimated to tourist, prior to the start of the tour or on tour as the case may be. Additional charges, if any, due to such changes etc. over and above the tour tariff have to be paid by the tourist before or on tour itself as the case may be. No complaints /compensations and/or claiming of refunds by the tourist will be entertained by the Company for limitation and/or non- availability of certain services including museums, sightseeing, shopping etc. even though included in tour itinerary. - PRATHAMESH TOURS is not responsible for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, increase in expenses, damage or theft. The Company reserves the right to claim any additional amount of money for expenses due the delay in trains, bus, air or any other weather conditions, strikes, land sliding, war etc.
- In the event of natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances which are beyond the companies control, management or tour manager has the right to change, amend, modify the tour plan / route or cancel the tour. The decision of the Tour manager / management will be binding to all. The additional cost for such alteration / loss will be borne by the participant.
- PRATHAMESH TOURS reserves the right to alter, amend, postpone, or cancel any of the tours advertised in the Brochure , Website without assigning any reason, whatsoever. Under such circumstances of cancellation of any tour by the company, money paid by the participant will be fully refunded, but no compensation or interest is payable.
- If the tour participant misbehaves causing inconvenience or annoyance to any tour participant or cause damage to the property of the company, he/she will be asked to leave the tour immediately. The tour manager have been authorized to do so. There will not be any compensation, whatsoever, in such cases.
Cancellation Policy
Company always make advance booking of Hotels, trasnsportation & other arrangements for our esteemed customers, If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then he / she shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
- Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
- Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
Cancellation charges do not include air / rail ticket cancellation and they will be levied separately.
