The Statue of Unity is a colossal statue of Indian statesman and independence activist Vallabhbhai Patel (1875–1950), who was the first deputy prime minister and home minister of independent India. Patel was highly respected for his leadership in uniting 562 princely states of India with a major part of the former British Raj to form the single Union of India.
The Statue of Unity is the world's tallest statue, with a height of 182 metres (597 feet). It is located in the state of Gujarat, on the Narmada River in the Kevadiya colony, facing the Sardar Sarovar Dam. The project was first announced in 2010, and construction of the statue started in October 2013 by Indian company Larsen & Toubro, with a total construction cost of ₹2700 crore (₹27 billion; US$422 million). It was designed by Indian sculptor Ram V. Sutar and was inaugurated by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 31 October 2018, the 143rd anniversary of Patel's birth.

After tea break visit Nilkantha dham. (Nilkanthdham is an eye-catching, fantabulous and spectacular temple. The temple itself is a marvellous piece of sculptural art. Holy waters of river Narmada, labyrinths of mountains, varieties of flora and fauna, lush and green gardens, hills and valleys, grassy grounds, fragrant flowering plants.)
In the evening free time for shopping at Ekta Mall. Reach Kevadiya station 20:30 pm. Dept. for Mumbai at 21:25 pm by Kevadiya-Dadar sup. Fast Exp. (12928).

- Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to any unforeseen circumstances, forced majuire instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes etc. which are beyond the control.
- Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any Individual unforeseen cost incurring incidence.
- Any private transfers taken to move from one place to another instead of coach.
- If any activity/sightseeing done twice.
- Any add-on sightseeing/activities along with transfers if done other than mentioned in the tour program.
- Fur coats/Jackets to visit snow point or any special attire required to visit any particular sightseeing place.
- Any upgradation in the room category or air line class.
- Service or Government taxes as applicable from time to time.
- Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘Tour Price Includes Column’.
- Camera Tickets at various places of Sightseeing / tour.
Company reserves the right to change / modify / very / alter the tour itinerary.

Terms and Conditions
- Cheque payments shall be done in favour of “PRATHAMESH TOURS” payable at Mumbai. Customer can book the tour with 50 % advance of the tour cost. Remaining balance has to be paid 45 days prior to the date of departure.
- Tour Cost does not include Air / Rail fare. Tickets booking is not our business. We book tickets on behalf of our customers. It is a free service provided by us to those who travel with us. In case of fluctuations in Bus / Railway / Air fares, the same shall be borne by the customers at an additional cost.
In computerized reservation system of railway, the berths / seats once reserved cannot be changed. Tour participants will have to travel by the same berths / seats as mentioned in the ticket issued by Railway. It is Automatic number system. - Baggage & personal valuable belongings of the tour participant are his / her responsibility. The company shall not be liable for the loss / damage of the same.
- Itinerary Changes PRATHAMESH TOURS doesn’t have any tie up with any Airline co. / Railway, also doesn’t have any control on their operation & any ongoing activity. So in case of any delay or cancellation of flight or any loss occurred by mistake of air line co. / Railway has to be bare by tourist.
Company will make 100 % efforts to help & guide tourist but in case of force majeure conditions, the Company reserves the right to change / modify / vary / alter the tour itinerary and/ or tour tariff accordingly. Such changes etc. shall be intimated to tourist, prior to the start of the tour or on tour as the case may be. Additional charges, if any, due to such changes etc. over and above the tour tariff have to be paid by the tourist before or on tour itself as the case may be. No complaints /compensations and/or claiming of refunds by the tourist will be entertained by the Company for limitation and/or non- availability of certain services including museums, sightseeing, shopping etc. even though included in tour itinerary. - PRATHAMESH TOURS is not responsible for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, increase in expenses, damage or theft. The Company reserves the right to claim any additional amount of money for expenses due the delay in trains, bus, air or any other weather conditions, strikes, land sliding, war etc.
- In the event of natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances which are beyond the companies control, management or tour manager has the right to change, amend, modify the tour plan / route or cancel the tour. The decision of the Tour manager / management will be binding to all. The additional cost for such alteration / loss will be borne by the participant.
- PRATHAMESH TOURS reserves the right to alter, amend, postpone, or cancel any of the tours advertised in the Brochure , Website without assigning any reason, whatsoever. Under such circumstances of cancellation of any tour by the company, money paid by the participant will be fully refunded, but no compensation or interest is payable.
- If the tour participant misbehaves causing inconvenience or annoyance to any tour participant or cause damage to the property of the company, he/she will be asked to leave the tour immediately. The tour manager have been authorized to do so. There will not be any compensation, whatsoever, in such cases.
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
- Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
- Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
Cancellation charges do not include air cancellation and they will be levied separately.

AIR LINE POLICY:
- 1.Check-in starts "2 hours" before scheduled departure, and closes 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers are requested to report at least 2 hours prior to departure time, at airline Check-in counters.
- One piece of cabin baggage of maximum 7 Kg (maximum 115 cm (L+W+H) in overall dimensions on Boeing flights and 50cm+35cm+23cm (Total 108cm) on Bombardier flights) is allowed per passenger. Passengers with infants are allowed an additional piece of hand baggage of maximum 7 Kg not exceeding the size 2.dimensions. Due to airport security regulations, no cabin baggage is allowed on flights originating from Jammu or Srinagar airports.
- 3.Airline allows free checked baggage allowance of 15 kgs not to exceed 158 cm in overall dimensions (L+W+H), per passenger for all domestic bookings.
High season surcharge as per the rules of the Airline concerned has to be paid by the Tourist. Airline is an independent vendor and the company does not have any control on their operations, neither on the increase in air fare, fuel nor any other taxes. Any increase in airfare, airport taxes, fuel surcharges after the booking/registration will have to be paid and borne by the tourist. Air Ticket Cancellation charges plus deposit forfeit charges as are applicable under the rules of the concerned Airline are to be paid by tourist immediately in the event of cancellation of the tour by tourist.
Photo identification
All tourists travelling by air for Indian / domestic sectors are advised to carry the photo identification in the form of driving licence, election ID card, Aadhar Card, Pan card and for students their school / college ID card. At certain sightseeing places, the Identification proof is required for which company has no control and is mandatory. The identification documents must be produced by the tourists as per the rules and regulations prescribed at different locations.
